Um...you make friends by posting around the board and getting to know the people here based on what they post, etc. o_o; Finding people with similar interests based on where/how they post and how they act isn't something that can be found through a single thread, but by interacting all over the board. ^_^; So having just one thread for making friends would be kinda useless in that sense.

We have the newbie lounge as mentioned, and if you wish to find people that you share interests with check Mixed Community Groups and Other Clubs to see if there is a club that appeals to you. If not you can always create your own based on something that you like :3
