yea, it's me again =0=;; this time with mono-grass team. as always suggestions with movesets/strategies/which pokes to use are more than welcome. here's what i have so far(it's an alright team that gets some OU teams but runs into trouble with special sweeperts):

    Cradily@lefties[careful]
    suction cups
    252hp, 252def, 6sp.def
    -barrier
    -rest
    -rockslide
    -toxic
the ev's and nature are set to maximize hp, def, sp.def, or at least it's suppose to. rockslide is there for STAB even though it's att stats are less than impressive but it's just so it's not totally hopeless against stuff that are immune to toxic. first thing it does is set barrier, and then toxic(or toxic first then barrier, difference is minimal), and then wait for the slow painful death of opponents. rest in case of synchronize or other status effects, and restores hp. if it runs into a alakazam at calm mind then i guess my best chance is to toxic, and then switch to shiftry.

    Shiftry@leichi berry[adament]
    early bird
    252att, 129def, 129sp.def
    -shadowball
    -return
    -leech seed
    -explosion
my answer to psychic types. has some defense just in case of fire punch/ice punch.

    ludicolo@lefties[calm]
    swift swim
    252hp, 252sp.def, 6sp.att
    -leech seed
    -synthesis
    -surf
-thunderpunch<--maybe giga drain for stab and replenish hp? problem is the pp isn't great, but thunderpunch is useless because surf does more damage than thunderpunch on skarms. i think i'll go with ICEBEAM for dragon and other grass types.
this poke is my best sp.tank. he's probably my best bet against a kazam, or fire sweeperts for that matter. if he goes down then i'm pretty screwed. also his physical defense isn't very impressive.

    venasaur @ lefties[modest]
    overgrow
    252hp, 122def, 136sp.def
    -sleep powder
    -leech seed
    -giga drain
    -hp fire
my favorite pokemon. i love grass types simply because of venasaur. he's pretty good, and minitank for both special and physical attackers. he's my only sleep powder user cuz i figured with sleep clause it wouldn't make sense to have sleep powder on all my pokes cuz it's a waste of move slot. this team should be build around him really.

    vilepume @lefties [calm]
    chlorophyll
    200hp, 110def, 200sp.def
-aromatherapy <--to cure status effect of my pokes
    -synthesis
    -hp fire
    -toxic
i pick toxic cuz unlike leech seed, toxic sticks. hp fire to take advantage of its high special i guess. i pick fire cuz so far i've run into quite a lot of steel types... i dunno, he can definitely improve. he's not that strong, i just have him simply for status heal. i figure i'd boost his defense because he needs to be able to take hits while he uses aromatherapy.

    sceptile @ petaya [timid]
    overgrow
    252speed, 252sp.att, 6sp.def
    -leaf blade
    -hp ice(for dragons)
    -leech seed
    -sub
i think ice is alright. it OHKO salamence which are quite common. leech seed and sub is to kill snorlax and survive blissey because i can just add more specials to my sceptile but then they just bring out blissey and game over, blissey use ice beam sweep entire team(if ludicolo is dead). problem here is my team can lose out to metagross, so it's kinda like picking your poison.

why would you give ludicolo sythesis and swift swim?I gave it rain dance so it could move faster,or if you like to tank more,go with rain dish and rain dance so you can restore about as much as 2 lefties,Shiftry's early bird could end rest early, thats great to use,get up in one turn instead of 2

you need alot more speed 241, Mild nature takes care of the defense

T-Punch does more to skarm than Surf =/
Evs: Less Spdef more SpAtk (200 spDef, maybe)

Sunny day over toxic and solar beam over synthesis would help this one along

    standard, except lefties

Leech seed and sub is a good way to stall if you are faster than the opposing poke aka: use on blissey

    never put ingrain on cradily

thanx husk. i used to have recover on cradily but then i ran into pokes who were giving it status so i got rest instead. rest is alright, it's just that it gives the opponent a chance to bring in a psychic and calm mind up, and if i switch then next time i bring in cradily he would be without its barrier and possibly still asleep. so yeah, i guess recover works better.

as for shiftry, i gave it 241ev in speed as you said, even though i don't really see the point. what do you think about salac berry on shiftry? its sp.def is good enough to endure a fire punch from kazam activating salac allowing it to use explosion/shadowball/return on kazam(usually i use return in case they switch to a normal. if they do switch, then shiftry@salac would get to attack twice in a row on the next poke which usually means free sweep). so far this shiftry is working.

as for ludicolo. i dunno why.. surf just seems to do more on skarms. i mean 95x1.5=142.5 and 75x2=150 so technically tpunch should do more.. but that wasn't the case(perhaps netbattle has more bugs than we thought). anyhow, surf is barley a dropoff from tpunch and ice beam allows ludicolo to kill a variety of other pokes, making ice beam the better choice.

as for the vilepume.. so far i've only had to use it twice and one time it worked out GREAT and then other time it left me and my opponent going "wut". :P maybe my timing is just bad. but when it works it's been awesome. it doesn't really do as much recovery as i would like though, but it's okay, i send it out late in games against the sleeping pokemon(put to sleep by venasaur and put away due to sleep clause). sunny day raise its speed, and aromatherapy(if needed) and then sweeps. so far it hasn't die yet, not once. it's a great pokemon to use to finish off games. solar beam and hpfire sweeps practically everything(well, not sweep but allows it to kill a lot of pokes).

edit: BTW, is it possible to fit jumpluff, and breloom somewhere? jumpluff can be quite the physical sweepert even though its defense is bad... it was originally in place of vilepume but vilepume's aromatherapy proved too valuable in the end. breloom i had but was replaced with shiftry because of its psychic resistance... do you think i picked the right pokes? which pokes do you think work best together?

    for good breloom moveset go

    Breloom-Leftovers (0 hp IV, 0 hp EV)
    252 speed EVs, 252 atk EVs, 4 Sp.Def
    Jolly

    Spore
    Sub
    Leech Seed(replacable with hp ghost)
    Focus Punch

    for jumpluff i use

    Jumpluff-the 10% flying thing
    Jolly
252 spd, 252 atk evs. hp divisible by 4 (no access to nb now so cant check)

    Sleep Powder
    HP Ground
    Aerial Ace
    Swords Dance

the 'h'umpluff generally works in UU teams if sleep powder hits on first hit.
