You might not want Spd EVs on Skarm as his speed is kind of meh. But I haven't played 3rd Gen in a long time, so I'm kind of rusty at rating it or doing anything 3rd Gen.

96 EVs doesnt seem enough to me when he's the only thing capable of competantly taking special hits.

Since it's rapidly becoming apparent that i know very little of 3rd gen, I'll shut up now :P

Celebi can act as a decent special wall and I can rely on resistances.

I used to use more. The 8 can't really make anything better anyway. I suppose it makes sure I can outspeed other Skarms and perhaps slower things that people try to make speedier as a suprise.
