My Samurott has an attack of 165 and a special attack of 154. I was just wondering which attack, surf or waterfall, would deal the most damage? Thanks. And dont comment on his stats :P
The damage would likely be very close I think, but Waterfall has the chance to Flinch and Surf hits the whole battlefield. Your choice, A move that hits the whole battlefield, or a move that hits a single enemy that has a chance to flinch.
