Surfing Pikachu??

    ok i went to a site (www-dot-p-o-k-e-d-e-x-dot-com) (no URL's...) and went i went searching for an electric pokemon, i found pikachu but it knew surf!! (only in R/B/Y) but not in R/S/E...(same thing for fly!!) *confused??*
     
    Nah, there are cheats to learn that kidna of moves. Like in 2nd slot learn thunderbolt for example.

    Also one time I tried these and I made an awesome party of unknowns with random powers :P
     
    I hear that you can get a Surfing Pikachu in some 3D platform game of Pokemon but I forgot which one.

    Shane's right. Pokemon Stadium. Go through the R-2 Prime Cup (Master Ball division) with a Pikachu on your team. This Pikachu must not already learn Surf, and it must have come straight from your Gameboy cartridge. (Yellow works best for this.) Then, don't register your team. Go into battle, and don't use any continues.

    If you do it right, then when you finish the cup, you'll be awarded with a screen that has a Pikachu on a surfboard. In addition, the Pikachu in your party can now learn Surf.

    The Fly thing was a Pokecenter move, if I recall correctly, but don't quote me on that.
