So I was thinking about what deck to build, and I came across the idea of making T.G. So I consulted my friend about it, and he said to try T.G. Flamvell and sent me a deck list that had reached top 16 I think he said at Nationals. So I took a look and changed it around a bit, adding in various T.G. Synchro monsters and some others into the deck to make it more doable for Shooting Star as well. And so, after much thought, this is what I've finally come up with:

    [40] Total
    [17] Monsters:
    [3] T.G. Striker
    [3] T.G. Warwolf
    [3] T.G. Rush Rhino
    [3] Flamvell Firedog
    [1] Flamvell Magician
    [1] Flamvell Poun
    [2] T.G. Cyber Magician
    [1] King Tiger Wanghu

    [9] Spells:
    [2] Gold Sarcophagus
    [2] Mystical Space Typhoon
    [1] Dark Hole
    [1] Monster Reborn
    [1] Mind Control
    [1] Giant Trunade
    [1] Book of Moon

    [14] Traps:
[2] Seven Tools of the Bandit
    [2] Dimensional Prison
    [1] Solemn Judgment
    [2] TG1-EM1
[2] Horn of the Phantom Beast
    [2] Bottomless Trap Hole
    [1] Mirror Force
    [1] Torrential Tribute
    [1] Royal Oppression

    [15] Extra Deck:
    [1] Scrap Dragon
    [2] Stardust Dragon
    [1] Formula Synchron
    [1] Shooting Star Dragon
    [2] T.G. Wonder Magician
    [2] T.G. Hyper Librarian
    [1] T.G. Blade Blaster
    [1] T.G. Halberd Cannon
    [1] Ally of Justice Catastor
[1] Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier
[1] Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier
    [1] Chimeratech Fortress Dragon

    [15] Side Deck:
    [2] Kinetic Soldier
    [2] Puppet Plant
    [2] Nobleman of Crossout
    [1] Mind Crush
    [2] Cyber Dragon
    [1] TGX1-HL
    [2] Gozen Match
    [2] Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror
    [1] Pulling the Rug

So please, all comments would be greatly appreciated and advice as to what to change would be greatly appreciated to (if need be). Thanks guys!

Werewolf, not Catapult Dragon. : I

Catapult Dragon is not very good. Warwolf has the same level of utility (SS Striker, SS Warwolf). I don't see any special power plays you can make with it. If you have those, keep it, but otherwise no.

I'd have to make comments based on the original decklist though. Could you post the original decklist?

IMO if I were to play T.G. I would play T.G. Scraps.

    Something like this:

    Monsters [16]
    3 Scrap Chimera
    3 Scrap Beast
    3 T.G. Warwolf
    3 T.G. Rush Rhino
    3 T.G. Striker
    1 Tiger King Wanghu

    Spells [13]
    3 Scrapstorm
    2 Scrap Yard
    2 Pot of Duality
    2 Mystical Space Typhoon
    1 Monster Reborn
    1 Mind Control
    1 Dark Hole
    1 Book of Moon

    Traps [11]
    2 TG1-EM1
2 Horn of the Phantom Beast
    2 Solemn Warning
2 Seven Tools of the Bandit
    1 Mirror Force
    1 Torrential Tribute
    1 Solemn Judgment

    Extra [15]
    3 Scrap Dragon
    assorted other things, &c

Ah, I misread Warwolf's effect xD That will go in then ;)
This is meant to be a budget deck, I don't have the money for PoD and Solemn Warning etc, and anything less than $30 is all I can really afford in the Extra Deck :/ I would like to run a more T.G. based deck, containing the accel and delta accel synchros too, which is why they're there. Scraps are rather hard to do on a budget, as much as I like them, its not possible with the budget I have. So, I'll be sticking with Flamvells for now. This is the original deck list for you Cirrus:

    Spoiler:

But yeah, I moved this around a bit, took out everything that was too expensive and stuff for the T.G. Synchros I wanted in there.

So right now, I'm swapping the Catapult Dragons for Warwolves, and that's it. More suggestions would be appreciated ;)

Don't underestimate Wanghu. He's amazing and not expensive.

Plus him + Horn of the Phantom Beast = free advantage.

Run him for sure in twos even.

    Also FIREDOG >>> POUN SRSLY : <

Right, I will find a way to get a Wanghu in there, and a third firedog. I want to be able to go for Halberd Cannon, so I need a level 1, and Poun seemed good to put in there. I will remove one of the Gold Sarcs and a TG1-EM1 for the Firedog and a Wanghu. But, yeah, I would like the opportunity to go for Halberd Cannon, so that's why Poun is there. I want another one in there preferably, but, any comments on that would be nice.

Aw come on guys, this deck can't be as good as it can be yet. I know it isn't. so please, some more comments would be greatly appreciated.

Halberd Cannon is overrated because this deck can't go for it with any sort of speed; plus Quasar is just better. Shooting Star is a more realistic objective but neither are necessary to victory.

Cyber Magician is highly overrated. I mean he CAN be good but more often than not he's just going to be pretty disadvantageous / not very useful (since you thin your deck or you use your T.G. as Synchro Material).

So, what would be a better deck to go for Quasar then, do you think? I wanted to make a deck that can quickly get out Shooting Quasar Dragon or Halberd Cannon. If Quasar is better, then I'd like to go for that ;)

The deck I posted awhile back, that WATER Synchro deck; that can go into Quasar with somewhere between a 60-90% success rate on the second or third turn I think (according to a friend) - though usually you have better options. WATER Synchro is just incredibly resilient to counterattacks and very powerful that way.
