tanking leafeon help

i need help with the moveset and item. leafeon is going to be one of my tanks.

-Curse
-Synthesis
-Yawn/Toxic/Tickle/Last Resort

curse boosts my atk and def so i can afford to use +SDef Evs and nature. and synthesis for tanking purposes, beneficial nature and EVs in SDef to take hits. leaf blade for STAB and last move is a filler.

well leafeon has a high def stat so it will be better as a physical waller. impish nature.

but without support in Sdef leafeon is vulnerable if the opponent switches in infernape/typhlosion/etc. thats why im not a huge fan of walls.

that moveset seems good, but what about maxing out def or putting some Evs into sp def?
