Can you recommend me moveset for Tauros? Thanks :))

    Tauros

    Double Edge (STAB)
    Earthquake
    Stomp (STAB)(or)Roar
Brick Break(if it can learn it)(if not)Body Slam

    I don't really know Tauros' moveset very well,because I don't generally
    use it.Hope this helps.:D

dont use moves that are the same type, also taurous doesnt have the defense to use roar and survive. give it: return, eq, hp fighting, filler

    ~Return
    ~HP: Ghost
    ~Earthquake
    ~ Fire Blast
    @ Choice Band

    Tauros (Adamant/Jolly Nature)
    EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 Hp
    -EQ
    -Return
    -Iron Tail
-HP Ghost, Fighting, Rock, Flying/Rock Tomb

    I hope this helps!

    why iron tail

75% accuracy and the only type it covers (other than the stuff covered by EQ) is Ice and most of the time its coupled with water which makes iron tail do nuetral damage anyway

    go for

    Jolly Tauros@Choice Band
    Max Atk and Speed EVs
    Return
    HP Ghost
    Facade
    Earthquake

If its for GBA I cant really say much, but on NB Id use:

    Tauros @ CB

    ~Return/Double-Edge
    ~Earthquake
~HP Ghost (or whatever takes your fancy.)
~Filler (Heaps of possibilities. Iron Tail, Hyper Beam, Facade, Fire Blast, Thunder)

You could stick with the usual CB set, but I've created a little something different that could work :P

    TOXIROS
    Tauros (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Intimidate
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Substitute
    - Toxic
    - Protect
    - Earthquake
Idea here, is to Toxic, Sub, Protect, and keep stalling the opponent, EQ is to cover Steals and Poisons that are immune to Toxic, only problem here, is a little fella called GENGAR

    VERSAROS
    Tauros (M) @ Liechi Berry
    Trait: Intimidate
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Substitute
    - Facade/Return
    - Hidden Power [Ghost]
    - Earthquake
The idea here, is to Sub down to activate Liechi, though the CB set gives you the same effect, you don't have to switch out to use another move with this one :P

Okay so really I had 2 different sets :P

I just came up with the last set just then, but the first one I've had stored in a box for a while, I tested it out and liked it, but I was gonna keep it a little secret - It definately trips people up who try to Stat you because they think you are CB'ed :P.

Go me and my non standard sets!

    Down with standards!

    Great ideas,thanks for it ;)

:P No problem man, I like it when people ask for movesets on a specific pokemon, I get to pull out what I have stored, or it gives me a chance to mess around with a new pokemon :P

Just note that Skarmory ruins Tauros, no matter what set you run, unless you whip out Fire Blast, which won't do enough to scare Skarmory away.

Skarmory is also entirely unaffected by the first set, as is Gengar.

Tauros at FB will end up getting pwned easy =|...

    Tauros @ Choice Band
Facade or Double Edge/Return Facade here is good since you have no protection from effects. Weezing is out there.
    Earthquake Standard for physical sweepers.
HP Ghost Protection from Gengar, stay clear of Dusclops.
Iron Tail Only other option with limited movepool. Only defence against Aerodactyl.

    And mine has...

    Body Slam
    EQ
    Toxic <-----------
_______________ / Little residual damage for a quick KO.
    Horn Attack <----

Finally someone opens to tarous.fissure subsion take down[of course].And Earthquake.

Fissure? Not in competitive play. I think your second move is submission. 2 recoil moves on one poke? Ill pass. Why Take Down when Double-Edge exists? EQ is the only thing in that set worth keeping.

I think his Tauros is in-game Jaws.

Fissure could beused to scare away some pokemon like Suicune, though it won't scare him at all, it'll have to hit or you lose. :P

I think Tauros can use Thunder.Correct me if I'm wrong.

    Fissure is too inaccurate.

I know it's inaccurate, I was thinking about using it as a means to force the opponent to switch, and maybe get rid of their Calm Minds or something.

    Just to scare them away.
