    HEY GAMERS! Want to test your skills as your fav. Pokemon team? Well now you can!! For example, if I were playing as cipher, I would use only pokemon that were snagable in XD gale of darkness, such as Zangoose or teddiursa, or Dragonite! You can use ANY team!

    Emulators are allowed

    You can trade an egg into the game if you HAVE TO

    Add more rules if you notice any flaws in here!

    Team rocket
    Use the poison, dark, and ground pokemon that Team Rocket uses to fail at taking over the world!

    I'd like to intervene here and make a suggestion. How about listing the Pokemon used by the teams? I don't mind helping with the TR list because that would be the longest, so message me if you wanna do that. Also, Cipher and Snagem were in both Colosseum and XD and Cipher is more of a syndicate than a Team and neither of the two really have set Pokemon. Plus not every snaggable Pokemon is used by a Cipher Peon/Snagem Grunt. Random people have shadow Pokemon too.

    Also, are you even entering? I approved this conditionally because I thought it was a neat challenge, so I'm hoping you can make it live up to what you've described.
     
    Yes, however cipher gave the pokemon to the trainers, so I would like them In as they are rather interesting, but ya! I will put spoilers with the eligible pokemon, sounds cool! I will enter after I'm done with my monotype challenge
     
    Awesome. Lemme know if you need help compiling the lists. Also, I guess you can separate the Snagem/Cipher by having Colosseum Snagem/Cipher and Gale of Darkness Snagem/Cipher. That might help. Just my two cents again though, haha.
