    In Depth

    [PokeCommunity.com] Team FTW

    Metagross@ Choice Scarf
    Jolly
    Clear Body
    EV's
    252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 Sp. Def

    Trick
    Stealth Rock
    Meteor Mash
    Explosion

    Info:
This guys job is to set up Stealth Rock but first he tricks the Scarf so anyone that uses a support move gets stuck.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Team FTW

    Salamence@ Life Orb
    Naughty
    Intimidate
    Ev's
    232 Atk/ 24 Sp.Atk/ 252 Spe

    Dragon Dance
    Outrage
    Earthquake
    Fire Blast

    Info:

I usually bring this guy in after Metagross to try and get an early sweep. If the opponent uses EQ or a fire type move on Metagross I switch into Mence because the opponent will be forced to switch out thanks to the choice scarf. I then DD up and try to Outrage sweep.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Team FTW

    Porygon 2 @ Leftovers
    Bold + DEF/ -ATK
    Trace
    EV's
    252 HP/ 216 DEF/ 40 S.ATK

    Recover
    Thunderbolt
    Ice Beam
    Thunder Wave

    Info:
This is my Gyarados and Salamence counter I switch into them and trace them. I then T wave and either use Recover if they attacked or attack with T-Bolt or Ice Beam.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Team FTW

    Infernape @Choice Band
    Jolly + Spe/ -S.ATK
    Blaze
    EV's
    252 ATK/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP

    Flare Blitz
    Close Combat
    U Turn
    Stone Edge

    Info:
Well I needed a good fire type and also a fighting type so I thought of Infernape. Most people think its a mix varient so when they switch they get a CB Blitz or CC in they're face.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Team FTW

    Kingdra @Life Orb
    Naughty +ATK/ -S.DEF
    Swift Swim
    240 ATK/ 252 S.ATK/ 16 Spe

    Rain Dance
    WaterFall
    Hydro Pump
    Draco Meteor

    Info:
I needed a good wall breaker and a water pokemon so I went for Kingdra. With a one turn set up with Rain Dance this guy can cause some havoc. I'm also thinking about putting someone else in who could benifit from the rain but I dont know who.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Team FTW

    Azelf @Choice Scarf
    Adamant +ATK/ S.ATK
    Levitate
    EV's
    252 ATK/ 252 Spe/ 4 DEF

    U-Turn
    Ice Punch
    Zen Headbutt
    Explosion

    Info:
Azelfs attack and special attack have the same base stat but when I think of Azelf I think of a special sweeper, so I decided to use a physical CS set. This set is capable of revenge killing and thats why I chose it.

Your team will be good if It was Porygon-z and your infernape didnt know U-turn cos its a Bug move.
Porygon2 is used because it is a lot more bulkier. Porygon-Z can't wall Salamence nor Gyarados.

U-turn is a great move because it scouts, and leaves you one step ahead of your opponent (could possibly mean a Rain Dance for Kingdra, etc).

As for the team, I rate it in a few.

Ok. Some advice. Seems a good team.
I'm not going to comment on Torterra or Dragonite because i don't have a clue about them.

Like yanmega guy said, go Porygon-Z.

But U-Turn is fine, good for scouting out attacks.

Noone else benefits from Rain Dance, so, don't do that set, use DD.

    Kingdra @ Life Orb
    Adamant
    Swift Swim
    252 Atk / 24 SpA / 232 Spe
    Dragon Dance
    Outrage
    Waterfall
    Substitute

    I suggest Life Orb for late-game wall-breaking.
Sniper helps for crits, but i'd go Swift Swim so you can take advantage of opposing Rain Dance teams.

Then, to balance everything out, go for Life Orb Azelf.Or any other set actually.

    Azelf @ Life Orb
    Naive
    36 Atk / 252 SpA / 216 Spe
    Explosion
    Psychic
    Flamethrower
    Grass Knot / HP Ground / U-Turn

up to you which one of the moves you use in the fourth slot.
U-turn wears down switch-ins, but Grass Knot is a more powerful option for taking down Tyranitar. Hidden Power Ground is also a decent option to consider so you are not entirely walled by Heatran.

Porygon2 is used because it is a lot more bulkier. Porygon-Z can't wall Salamence nor Gyarados.

In the future, it's easier just to report the post so I can delete it, especially when the poster clearly lacks knowledge of competitive battling.

    EDIT:

Like yanmega guy said, go Porygon-Z.
    S&M Rules said:
→ When you make suggestions, back them up with REASON
Why should their Scizor run Superpower over Brick Break? Why should their Lucario be replaced with Machamp? You cannot assume the members you give rates to automatically know what you're suggesting. So when you propose a change, tell the member why, explain. If you yourself don't know, what are you doing rating teams? Show some understanding.

    I mean, Porygon-Z is near-obsolete for a reason.

Thanks for the Info guys I've changed the team around a bit since I posted it so I now have a Metagross lead instead of Torterra and a DDmence instead of Dragonite

    Metagross@ Choice Scarf
    Jolly
    Clear Body
    EV's
    252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 Sp. Def

    Trick
    Stealth Rock
    Meteor Mash
    Explosion

I trick First turn then either Stealth Rock or switch if they decide to attack

    Salamence@ Life Orb
    Naughty
    Intimidate
    Ev's
    232 Atk/ 24 Sp.Atk/ 252 Spe

    Dragon Dance
    Outrage
    Earthquake
    Fire Blast

    Naive
    36 Atk / 252 SpA / 216 Spe
    Explosion
    Psychic
    Flamethrower
    Grass Knot / HP Ground / U-Turn

I am going to try this set out to see if it works

The only advice i can give is to go stone edge>wood hammer on torrtera. Running SE and EQ is a nice little combo and SE will let you hit pokes that EQ cant.

Anti: Sorry, i got rushed. What meant to say was:

You should run Porygon-Z over Porygon2 because it has higher stats overall, in particular Spe and SpA.

TFN: Dude, those two look good.

ShAdowWAlker1: Read the whole thread first, the guy said he's dropped Torterra.

Yes, but that's not saying anything (and it's not entirely true). If Porygon-Z had better stats in every stat and they both played the same role, that would be true, but Porygon2 is far better defensively and plays a completely different role. The 'Porygon' in their names is one of the few similarities between them really.

A valid argument. Looking at it, Porygon2 is definitely the better choice for what he's using it for.
