I get bored easily with every team I make, so I therefore decided to make a team around my favorite Pokemon: Gliscor! My main purpose was to cover his general weakness (Which I probably failed at :P), so yeah, rate away!

    Heatran@Shuca Berry
    Flash Fire
    Naive Nature
    252 SpA/252 Spe/4 HP

    • Stealth Rock
    • Fire Blast
    • Earth Power
    • Explosion

Oh, LeadTran. How I love you so. People predict that thing is scarfed so much it isn't even funny. Therefore, I continue with my bluff ^_^ After setting up SR turn one (Since no one taunts it expecting to get outsped), I switch out immediately, making it look like I have a scarf. I come in after something dies, and act like I'm revenge killing. If my attack is bad, I'll just switch on over and make them sad ^_^ This thing has worked fantastically for me so far. Fire Blast for STAB and power, Earth Power for coverage, and Explosion when I'm finished with him.

    Kingdra@Choice Specs
    Sniper
    Modest Nature
    252 SpA/252 Spe/4 HP

    • Draco Meteor
    • Surf
    • Ice Beam
    • Dragon Pulse/HP Electric

SpecsDra is terribly underrated, and it really shouldn't be. The sheer power that this thing packs with a STAB Specs Draco Meteor will force Blissey to heal off the damage (Accounting SR of course). Most will bring in some physical counter to wall it, only to get slapped in the face but a power Draco/Surf. Dual STAB for, well STAB, Ice Beam for coverage. That last slot is still a little toss up: Dragon Pulse provides a reliable dragon STAB, but HP Electric does have its uses (Although Vappy does the same thing better against Gyara :P)

    Levitate
    Timid Nature
    252 SpA/252 Spe/4 HP

    • Shadow Ball
    • Focus Blast
    • Thunderbolt/HP Ice
    • Will-O-Wisp

BurnGar here is replacing Togekiss, and after serious testing, thank you god! It can actually kill stuff (D_A was right, Extremespeed missed too much), and it burns in any of its common switch-ins, which basically removes his Pursuit weakness. Shadow Ball and Focus Blast achieve perfect type coverage, and Thunderbolt is there for some more coverage. Still considering HP Ice>TBolt though, as Vappy has Gyara covered well.

    Vaporeon@Leftovers
    Water Absorb
    Bold Nature
    252 Def/188 HP/68 SpA

    • Wish
    • Protect
    • Surf
    • HP Electric

Vaporeon is your bread and butter wish passer. It also serves as my Gyara counter, which will kill Gliscor otherwise. Wish and Protect for self healing and the obvious passing, while Surf is my main STAB. HP Electric for countering Gyara (God, that whole sentence was just completely redudant XD).

    Metagross@Choice Band
    Clear Body
    Adamant Nature
    252 HP/252 Atk/4 Spe

    • Meteor Mash
    • Earthquake
    • Thunderpunch
    • Explosion

CBGross is here to dish out as much damage as possible, damaging any of Gliscor's counters/checks to an amount of HP where Gliscor can finish them off effortlessly. This things nets me at least one kill early to mid game, and hasn't failed me yet. Meteor Mash is a fantastic STAB move, while EQ and TPunch are there for coverage (I'm still considering Ice Punch for foe Gliscor though). Explosion makes Meta and whatever switches into go boom.

    Gliscor@Life Orb
    Hyper Cutter
    Jolly Nature
    252 Atk/216 Spe/40 Def

    • Swords Dance
    • Earthquake
    • Stone Edge
    • Fire Fang

Here we are, the star of the show! Once the rest of the team has eliminated/weakened threats to Gliscor, he comes after something faints, SDs on the usual switch (As I make it my duty to make it something that wants to switch out of him), and sweep. EQ and Stone Edge are two powerful moves, leaving only a few OU Pokemon not hit. This is where Fire Fang comes in, killing any Breloom/Steel Type that tries to wall me. With a +2 Fire Fang, Bronzong and Skarmory are both 2HKOed, and Forry is OHKOed (4x weakness, der XD)

    Changes:

    • Mixkiss to ScarfBurnGar
    • EVs on Gliscor changed
    • Meta's EVs changed

Gliscor only needs 216 Speed EVs to outspeed Lucario. So move the unnecessary EVs into Defense or HP to provide extra cushioning against Scizor's Bullet Punch. You're not going to outrun anything important with maxed out Speed.

I agree with this^^ Gliscor could use the extra Def more than a few points of Spd.

Also your Metagross is missing 8 EVs somewhere. His current spread only adds up to 500, but the max effective number is 508. Give the other 8 to his Attack.

The EVs for CBGross are rather outdated. Max HP/12 Def is to always survive Adamant CB Dugtrio's Earthquake, but since a lot are Jolly, Scarf, or LO Dugtrio and Stealth Rock ruins the whole thing anyway, the 12 Def EVs aren't really necessary (though keeping the HP is nice since Metagross is a very bulky Pokemon). Likewise, the 8 Speed EVs are for minimum Speed Skarmory, but Skarmory runs Speed too. On top of that, your opponent probably won't leave their Skarmory in to die when unSTABed ThunderPunch is easy to take advantage of for offense and stall alike. Do what you want with the EVs though, I just never understood the 252/236/12/8 spread.

Sorry I can't give you real advice, but now your Gliscor is missing 4 EVs. On him, you should have 252Att, 216Spd, 40 Def.

Other than that it looks solid, but I've never been good at finding specific threats. Your Pkmn cover each other's weaknesses pretty well, so it should work OK.
