Team help/advice please

I got pokemon diamond afew weeks ago, after beating the Elite 4 I decided to stop playing. After I saw some wifi battle videos online I wanted to join in. So i started to do some research on wifi battling, I understand the EV's and VI's for pokemon,natures and all basicly the common information. I am still pretty new to this so bare with me. this is my team I plan on making. any tips/advice will help.I am also abit confused about terms like "physical sweeper or special sweepers, walls, etc.) What do they mean a type of some-kind if I could also get a full description on all the pokemon "terms" that would be very great. thanks

this movelist is fine, But you might wanna consider aerial ace for heracross as you dont really have a counter for him other than flygon(who isnt really a true counter)

I am a scizor fan myself and i personally use him very much. Baton pass is better if you want team support but if not then go with Night slash, Iron head X-scissor, Aglity for him to sweep

OK, You have a glaring choice scarf heracross weakness on your team. Being as 3 pokemon on your team are all weak to heracross. I suggest you try fitting a wall in, Something like gliscor/forrettress. I did the best i could with the given moveset. Hopefully this helps you in some way

OK, You have a glaring choice scarf heracross weakness on your team. Being as 3 pokemon on your team are all weak to heracross. I suggest you try fitting a wall in, Something like gliscor/forrettress. I did the best i could with the given moveset. Hopefully this helps you in some way

see thats the thing, I dont know what a sweeper or attacker or w/e are, thats what I want to know to really fix up my team to balance it out, thanks.

Your movesets and natures so far aren't bad at all for a beginner. I too am a fan of Toxi-Tanking Umbreon.

I removed flygon becuz i have to much physical sweepers, but I dont know what to replace him with,any sugguestions?
