Team make-over

Okay so my friend wants me to raise a pokemon team for her and all i have as of now is an idea about what pokemon to put and they are:

Salamence
Blissey
Steelix
Porygon-Z
Leafeon
???

Okay so i need a sixth pokemon, evs, natures, movesets, roles, items, etc.

X, this belongs in the request a team thread:) But isn't steelix and leafeon all a bit...redundant? And 3 pokemon are weak to fighting moves, all are weak to heracross. This team needsw gliscor:(

Check the sticky at the top of the page X...but this team is murderend by electivire and heracross, which means you need a solid counter for the two. Steelix takes Vire, but heracross...I'd get weezing or gliscor.
