I have never really done one properly, so here it is:

Skill: I can insert the cries. You just have to send me the cries you want me to add. Scripting (If you need more scripters...)

Skill: Any, but I see you need a tileset guy. I sprited the first 51 pokemon for a pokemon game I was making with rpg2003 till i discovered pokemon essentials by Maruno. I've edited his overworld tilesets to fit all of my needs for my fan game.
Hacking experience:started with hacking the old school red and blue, when 'advanced' tools came out I started hacking emerald mainly.
Proof: I don't know how to show you proof cause I haven't fully hacked a game, just modified a lot of little things within them.
Time zone: Central
