Ok, I'm trying to make a decent team based around sandstorm.

For those who are familiar with YGO, this is like a side deck. Pokemon I might switch in and out.

Never, EVER, give Torterra Rest. While it sleeps, an Ice move will knock it out. There are better healing moves, like Synthesis, it can learn.

    Torterra-Leftovers
    Nature: Impish
    Wood Hammer
    Earthquake
    Stone Edge/Rock Slide
    Synthesis

This is my Torterra, and a damn good one if you ask me. However, if you like Reflect, he could pull it off. Should you keep it, remove Stone Edge/Rock Slide.

Ok, but with a Sandstorm in effect, Systhesis is crap...

Meh, what can I say? Leech Seed + Leftovers could help, but it might not heal enough after one or three Wood Hammers. Maybe Seed Bomb could replace Wood Hammer.

Personally, I have Tyranitar myself. When I need to heal, my Roserade, who knows Sunny Day, makes the weather clear for Torterra.

a grave majority of bulky waters would destroy this team. get rid of one of your physical sweepers (which is HALF your team) and use empoleon to take in special attacks, especially surf/ice beam/grass knot.

Thanks for that fix. I forgot about my starter! And she's female!

But i dunno who to take out.

    I can't take out T-Tar, because he's the Sandstream.

Garchomp isn't weak to water, so I'm might need to keep him.

So should I take Aerodectyl out? Thats what I'm leaning toward.

    Aerodactyl@Choice Band
    Adamant/Rock Head
    EV: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
    - Aerial Ace
    - Ice Fang
    - Stone Edge
    - Double Edge

Aerodactyl is good. He is fast and I say take out TT. He would hurt you're team more with Sandstream.

Instead if Double Edge use Stealth Rock. It would compliment Skarmory's spikes quite well. EV spread is fine by the way. Good job.

I agree. Rest is a no no on it. Synthesis or a combo with leech seed is better.

Then instead of Choice Band, should I give him Life Orb? Or just switch out ASAP?

    Aerodactyl needs Double-Edge. Needs it.

And where are Relicanth and Rhyperior? Absolute monsters on any SS team.

Aerodactyl doesn't need Double-Edge. In fact he can be your opening Pokemon. You can give him Focus Sash so he can at least survive one turn. Use Stealth Rock, takea hit, use an attack, get KOed and send in Skarmory. Whirlwind to your hearts delight while setting up Spikes for maximum damage.

Replace either Lucario's Psychic, Dark pulse, or dragon pulse with metal sound. He can lower the opponents special defense greatly so his moves will be more devastating.
