Ok, I started this new team for battling and could use some suggestions.

Salamence- Lead Sweeper-
EV- Haven't Started Yet. Tips?
Ability- Intimidate
Nature- Hasty

Flamthower
Roost


Aggron- Powerhouse- Focus Sash
EV- 252 Def/ 252 Atk/ 4 Speed
Ability- Rock Head
Nature Relaxed

Double Edge
Iron Tail
Earthquake
Hidden Power

Milotic- Bulky Water/ Mixed Wall- Leftovers
EV- Haven't Started yet. open for suggst.
Ability- Miracle Scale
Nature- Bashful

Hydro Pump
Ice Beam
Mirror Coat 
Protect

Slaking- Phyical Sweeper- Power Herb
EV- 252 Atk/ 76 Hp/ 76 Speed
Ability- Truant
Nature- Jolly
Focus Punch
Return
Encore
Flail- just my current move waitin for him to lvl up

Alakzam- Revenge Killer/ Special Sweeper- Choice Specs
EV- 252 Spec Atk/ 252 Speed/ 4 Hp
Ability- Synchronize
Nature- Quirky

Miracle Eye
Psychic
Shadow Ball
Swagger

That's what I have so far. I'm debating on electivire but that would be 4 sweepers.
Your suggestions please.

Aaaaahh these natures and movesets need help. Salamence doesn't want an attack-reducing nature, Bashful is just horrible in general, especially on Milotic, ect. Look at this list and try to determine which natures are going to be beneficial for each of your pokemon.

Also look at Smogon's strategy dex to get some good ideas for useful movesets, right now everything is random and all over the place. Hidden Power on Aggron will do like 2 damage to everything given his terrible special attack stat and Alakazam choiced into Miracle Eye or Swagger will not be good either.
