Well, this is probably the only thing I've seen missing from this site. Every pokemon site I've seen that has a forum has a team rating thread, and I think it's about time there was one here, don't you? Here's how it works:
1) You post your team, assuming, unless otherwise stated, that it's the same as they'll be at lv.100. That means that you post moves and held items as well as the pokemon, just not levels. Most teams in such threads are put together for facing friends, or the Prime cup or something along those lines.
2) You and anyone else who looks at this thread rate the teams posted, on a 1-10 scale. Give solid reasoning, and offer advice if you have it (please, NOT something like "you should replace all of your team with legendaries").
3) If you want, you can then revise the team, post it again, and ask for feedback.
As I and a few friends of mine have enough experience to know almost all of the strategies available to any given pokemon (and my specialty is the metal generation), we'll be more than happy to put our opinion in, but I'd really like it if I could see lots of people helping each other out.
