OK, so I need a good team to beat Red with, and I need a little (or a lot) of help with my team. Here it is currently. Also, I feel dumb saying this, but I have no clue what EVs are. Ehehe...sorry.

Comments: I plan to get a Psychic move on it to double as my Water and Psychic Pokemon. I can replace it with Feraligatr, Suicune (although preferably not), or Lapras.

Comments: Mismagius is seriously underleveld currently (Lv18). I intend to replace Spite and Anstonish later. I don't mind replacing this one, even though I had a hard time finding the Dusk Stone.

Comments: I don't use Lugia much, just mainly as my Fly Pokemon until Dragonair evolves. I'm replacing it with Dragonair later.

Comments: Again, Eevee is currently useless until I evolve it. But that's the problem: I don't know what I should evolve it into. I was thinking maybe Jolteon or Umbreon, but I'm not sure yet. Rash nature cuts its Sp.Atk, so that kinda hurts it...

Comments: I'm actually pretty OK with this one: high Speed and Sp.Atk...And Amnesia...Plus, it's my highest level Poke, at level 72. So I'm NOT replacing this, but I was just wondering about the moves. I think their good, though.

Drifloon, Ampharos, Crobat, Suicune, Ambipom, Ursaring, Togetic, Pidgeotto, Lapras, Gyarados, Electrode, Quagsire, Heracross, Girafarig, Steelix, Xatu, Golem, Marowak, Sandslash, Noctowl, Victreebell, Venomoth, Lickitung, Luxray, Rapidash, Tangrowth, Feraligatr, Gengar, Ho-Oh, Ninetails, Snorlax, Raichu, Infernape.

I think Snorlax, Heracross, Infernape or Gengar would be good options

Gengar over Mismagius
Heracross/Infernape over Lugia (unless you train it)
Snorlax can replace any member of your team
