The wiki states there are these ranks: Executive, Elite Officer, Officer, Spy, Agent, Sergeant, Commander, Scientist and 'Other'.
I was just watching Dues and Donts and the character Wendy is from 'Human Resources'. In Mewtwo returns there's the... group that specialise in assaults. Me, drawing a blank, can't think of what other branches and ranks there would be, though.
