Team Selection in Emerald

I've come to a conundrum. So far I have three gym badges and four pokemon.

So far, they consist of

Marshtomp, Lv 27
Breloom, Lv 26
Aron, Lv 26
Manectric, Lv 26

I feel that to complete my team I need a fire type and something that can use Fly, because that's what I feel is missing. However, I haven't the idea of which to choose.

For fire types I am really desperate. Of course, my favorite fire type in Hoenn is Blaziken, but since I didn't choose that, I have to choose between Torkoal, Camerupt, or Ninetails, but I have no idea which one is best. I have no preference.

As for something that can use fly, I can think off the top of my head of Flygon, Altaria, and Salamence. However, I can't catch Bagon until I get Waterfall and then it'll only be level 25-35 and I don't feel like doing ridiculous amounts of grinding.

Anyways, I'd like some help with making these decisions and it would be much appreciated.

Vulpix helped me alot in HGSS, but the thing is, he doesn't evolve till you get a Fire Stone which could take a while.

I'd suggest Vulpix the most, if you can wait till you can evolve it.

If you want something easy to fly with, use Altaria. Swablu are very easy to catch and very common on that route at the very top (bulbapedia search Swablu to check what route it's in, but it's insanely common) and I'm sure Swablu can fly. Then you can replace it with an Altaria from the Tower where you catch Rayquaza.

Salamence and Flygon can wait till after the E4, unless you can catch Trapinch in the desert and evolve it into Vibrava so it can fly.
I'd suggest Swablu cause it's easier to find and you don't need to evolve it, but if you have a good amount of patience, then go with Trapinch.
