    Introduction:
    Basically, I am 5qwerty. I have failed many attempts at making things, and often give up while making them, such as a few hacks... But with that all put behind, I am going to start a new hack, and hopefully not give up this time. I am making this team because I feel that I need help material-wise (as in with the hack), and also with never giving up; a team that encourages the other members to continue.

    The ROM we will be hacking is FR. Yeah, everyone hacks FR, even me.

    I also need reliable members that I can count on.

    Current Project:
    Umm.... Pokemon Dragon Jade. (Draco Peridot is an alternate name).
    The bad team is still Team Flora. (No Neo-Wolf, screw your theory about them being a bunch of girls on a picnic)

    So here's my crappy Storyline: (Obviously Subject to Change)

    Whatever, I have a few sprites done, but I'm only showing you the starters (which are semi-decent, in my opinion, and as a result, need some work):

    Application Form:
    Username: Preferred username, leave blank if for your current PC username.
    Position: Yeah, basically what you are applying for.
    Proof of Work: Examples of your work that will get you into this team.
    Past Experiences/Current Projects: List anything you have EVER done in ROM Hacking.
    Contact Info: Seriously, this shouldn't be that hard to figure out.
    Why you want to join the team: Yeah, a hard one to figure out.

    Positions Required:
    Yeah, look for what you want to apply for here, from Red to Violet, with red being the most important. (Except Yellow, it stings the eyes)

    Spriters - Fakemon - at most 3: Yes, I am doing another Fakemon Hack. This time I'll actually scan my drawings and upload them.
    Spriters - Fakemon Icons - at most 2: Icons are needed as much as battle sprites.
    Spriters - Trainers - at most 2: I fail at human anatomy, so I need trainer spriters.
    Spriters - OW - at most 3: I fail at OW and such.
    Mappers - at most 5: It's good when you have a mapper of every kind; outdoor, indoor, caves, sea, and Misc.
    Advance Scripter - 1: I can only do simple scripting. And this has to be XSE.
    Music Composer - 1: I can sort of compose music, but I suck at it, hence the reason why I need a Music Composer.
    Storyline-Guy - 1 or 2: I fail at making up the storyline, as most of them turn into the generic Nintendo storyline.
    Graphics/CSS - 1: To make the thread more appealing when it's up. (If it ever is)
    Beta Tester - at least 5: I hate it when people apply for this. But remember, I'm watching you.
    Advertisement - at most 2: Stuff like support bars, etc.
    Title Screen - 1: Changes the title screen.
    UNLZ Stuff - at most 3: Yeah, the images of all sorts, I need this one.

    Am I missing anything?

    Well, it's sad to hear that you have given up on your hack.

    And getting a little ahead of yourself with the sig eh? No biggie, I like your spirit.

    Well, I checked out your team thread, and the video is okay.
    The script's a little messy, but I know how long it can get.

    Well, good thing I'm a thorough person, and I checked your Youtube account, and that Title Screen is actually pretty nice!

    As for Tile Inserter, you can be accepted. I mean, I can insert tiles, but it gets semi-boring.

    And on your thread, it said that you can map, would you be up for that in the game, or no?

    EDIT: Whoops, I didn't see that you applied for mapper.

    Yeah, I noticed that after I started editing.
    I have horrible eyesight.

    Just to let you know what kind of style I want.
    And if you're stuck with colors, take them off of a 4th Gen Pokemon.

    Just things to remember:
    1. Always use 16, 16, 16 as the "black" color.
    2. Always have Black at the right and bottom parts.
    3. Make parts at the back (Like one of the legs) darker.
    4. Shade facial expressions.
    5. NEVER use the same colors for an evolution.

    Follow those, and sprite Chobberk/Any one you want.

    Sorry for ruining your Beta, I didn't see it.
