Introduction:

I've wanted to make a hack for a while, But haven't gotten round to it because i'm usually busy. I thought about making a hack with other people helping out so that way it will be more efficient, quicker and have more than person having a say. The outcome for the team members is to make great hacks, make new friends and to learn new things while doing it! And also there is a job for all forms of rom hackers from scripting to composing music for the rom hacks.
This team is free for tips and ideas. So if you would really join this team, but don't have time, just share your ideas and that counts as help.

How will I help?
My skills are: scripting, mapping. (you guys can still apply for these)
I will be contributing in mapping, story line, composing music, scripting.
Well that's enough of that lets get on to the fun parts.

Hacks to be created within team in order:
Pokemon Zandite (instead of pokemon solar and lunar) (new name!)
Pokemon Dust (fire red) Idea by thizzman. (he is a friend of mine and therefore allowed me to take over this rom hack.)


Storyline of Zandite

Players original name (if not chosen)- Solomen

there once were two brothers, their names were luster and solomen who loved each other while young but were forced into a bit of rivalry for power.
they created two separate teams (Solar and Lunar) luster turned evil because he wanted use the moon for his own evil purposes. luster thrived in the darkness leading him to create internal darkness using the pokemon of lunatone.
he had an idea of modifying lunatone genetically and using it to control the world.
he did this by pleading to the boss of team rocket "With the power of this pokemon with modified changes, I will be able to capture jewels valuables and pokemon" team rockets boss replied with "I'll allow this under one condition, you capture for me Mewtwo." He agreed to give him all the resources, money and information. And in return he would capture Mewtwo. to give to the boss of team rocket.
these pokemon was more powerful than any other pokemon besides creator Arceus. the professor of the region eclipse and manager of team solar, had heard the intentions of luster to create another evolution creating internal darkness. The professor also found out that Luster went to Team rockets base for help. He did not uncover the fact that luster had promised in return he would give Giovanni The legendary pokemon mewtwo It is up to the player (solomen) to stop team lunar, and his brother from disrupting the world.

Hey, as you may know i'm partnered with spyguy to create this hack... Spyguy decided to create this team, to have more people to have a say. Making things more efficient and interesting.

Spyguy, i have an idea for the hack. not much but, i was searching around for ideas. Eventually I found a tutorial here on PC, teaching people how to use asm to create transparent text boxes. It actually looks really good! I think we should corporate it in our hack!

I'm not sure if the ips will patch correctly. It is for pokemon fire red.

Hey!

There is a complication with the rom.
The problem is, that the title screen was unable to be edited. Because of the pre edited title screen. However, mydrago was able to import it into a clean fire red rom, and I have come to a decision!

This project is going to start again! But hopefully will be twice as good! This cannot be able to be completed without your help! Please join!

What is needed at this point in time?

Proof of Work: "image removed" It's a simple setflag script that I made up. Basically the person asks if you like her or not. If you say yes, a flag will be set, and she will like you forever. If you say no, another flag will be set, and she will hate you forever xD
Availability: I'm really busy during the weekdays, but I should have time during the weekends. It will depend though. I'll tell you if anything comes up that prevents me from scripting.
