    -Introduction-​


    Huh, oh why hello there, I am Dylanrockin, or just Dylan for short. I am here asking you for help on my current Pokemon Rom Hack Project <-- (That's a mouth-full to say.) The Rom Hack is called Pokemon Symphonic Eternity. Now, to tell you about my skills with Pokemon. I have been into Pokemon since I was, well three that was fifteen years ago, I owned Pokemon Green, and Pokemon Yellow Japanese when I was growing up. How I got those was a funny story. When I was in 5th grade at the time, (I'm a senior in High-School just so you know,) I found out about rom-hacking. I was the kind of person who was always into designing maps for my Pokemon hacks. I wasn't very good at the time, but my skills have definitely took a turn for-the-best. However I stopped hacking around 6th grade, mainly because there was a concept I could never understand; and that would scripting and hex-editing, and some of the programs that are associated with hacking not working because of... well yeah. But here I am now back and doing hacking like none-other and planing on making a game that tells a tale more-so than any other Pokemon Rom-Hack ever could! And that's where you all come in!

    -Storyline-​
    Ahem, let me just get my epic narrator voice a-ready. It's been 8 1/2 years since humans have discovered the ancient and secret region of Lumia. Ever since the major discovery, humans have been uncovering lost secrets to their own world. Ancient artifacts, rings that give power to Pokemon, ruins with a long lost history. Throughout this new world, lies and wait many; towns, cities, and people, with many stories to tell. And of course Pokemon, lots and lots of them, so many that it's hard to name them all! Working together with humans to create a new world for everyone. However their are those who take advantage of this new-found power, and use it for their own selfish desires. The Dark Fangs, an evil organization bent on finding and uncovering the secrets of Lumia, and do whatever it takes to find the legendary Globe Orb, which has the power to control the worlds Dragon Force; the energy that binds our world together.

    • Original Engaging Storyline: Much like Mystery Dungeon

    • New Moves
    • Character Kameo Optional Boss Fights. Ex: PKMN Trainer White: Volcano Island - Restless Forrest <--- totally location spoilers, just saying. Another example: Red: Hidden Island - Spiritua Mountain Peak
    • Pokemon with Hidden Abilities, y'know like Blaziken Speed Boost, because we all know how broken that is.
    • Certain Pokemon gained an overall stat buff to their base stats for story purposes, as well as a move-pool that would seem otherwise impossible, again story purposes. Ex: Eevee - Ice Beam <--- good lord.
    • More than Eight Gyms a lot more but only eight badges
    • A Wide Range of Pokemon to be found in the wild, not just Pidgeys and Rattatas.
    • Lots of side-quest-ish stuff, basically there for more story

    -My Skills-​
    I am very good at map-hacking, extremely good. I am also very good at telling a story, that will make people shed some tears <--- I really am actually. However I am very n00b-status at scripting, because whenever I script EVERYTHING DIES!! Literally!

    *Shakes hand* Glad to have you aboard! *Continues shaking* I think that it would be easier if we used Skype since that's what I have been using with Herp, but if you want to work via Pokecommunity that'll be good too.
