I'm playing through Sapphire one last time, and this time I won't restart after I beat the E4. So I figured that I would submit the planned team here and get suggestions on it. Also, I'm not using any starters, so don't suggest that.

I wouldn't reccomend Exploud, but if you do use him/her i suggest his/her fourth move to be explode

Is explosion in it's level up learnset?

No, but i think you can get it in Pacifildog from a guy in the pokemon center.

actually I just checked explosion is not up there at all.

I'd recommend you drop Cradily and go for Ludicolo instead.
