Team Update Help? Who should I replace with Scyther?

[A New Era of Corruption]

Just caught a Scyther and was wondering what pokemon I should replace with it.

Team is:

Dratini
Kadabra
Geodude
Gyarados
Gastly
Growlithe

I plan to eventually have a Dragonite, Alakazam, Gyarados, Gengar and Arcanine. I would probably say to replace Geodude with Scyther but I want to know what you guys think. Is Golem a really good pokemon worth keeping in my party? What pokemon should I replace with Scyther? thanks

I can't pass up using a Scyther haha so I took out geodude.

haha yeah exactly...a bug with scythes for hands...
