EVs/Items/Natures? These are required or else we can't really rate anything...

Also Garchomp is Uber and therefore banned from standard battling.

A lot of same type moves in the same moveset is generally not a good idea either, otherwise you get walled quite easily, aka Tyranitar doesn't need Crunch and Dark Pulse.

Exactly what Aura said. WE need more information to be able to judge you.

And also what Aura said about the Same-type moves. Try to keep a pokemon learning physical/special moves compared to their Atk/Sp Atk. If you have a pokemon like Tyrannitar with generally high attack with special moves then it wont be very strong
