    Rampardos is horrible. Max Attack and Speed please, with Head Smash, Brick Break, Avalanche, and Earthquake.

    You went over the max EV limit with Gallade, and don't expect to survive a STABed Aerial Ace from Aerodactyl or Salamence by using Bulk Up...

    Porygon-Z is meh, but whatever.

    Arcanine's EVs are screwed since you're supposed to make them divisible by four. A lot of people seem to not pay attention that anymore.

    I don't use Dusknoir, so...

    Torkoal...is...fine...I guess...

    Meh. Gallade needs to be more bulky.
     
    Lol @ loling at max speed + Avalanche. Negative priority modifier. Though it is useless on Rampardos, who can't take a hit to save his life, literally.

    Rampardos can be effectively used as Jask recipient, scarfer, or Rock Polisher. Yeah, it needs its speed, but (lol) Bulk Up sets might work.
     
    Wow, Choice Scarf Ramparados is fine, but DON'T USE AVALANCHE. Yes, let's use choice scarf to increase our speed so we don't die in one hit, but we'll use an always second move. Head Smash/Stone Edge/Earthquake/Brick Break or filler. Just not Zen Headbutt because you don't want 3 moves without 100% accuracy.

    Gallade.. what? Use Double Status. Hypnosis/Thunder Wave/Close Combat/Psycho Cut. CC and Psycho Cut for STAB obviously. Hypnosis one pokemon, Thunder Wave on the Switch, and just hit.

    Pory-Z is fine.

    Not sure with Arcanine, he needs Extremespeed though. Arcanine isn't that good though, just because of his limited move pool.

    For Dusknoir, you need Will-O-Wisp/Pain Split/Shadow Sneak/Thunderpunch. Impish nature.

    Torkoal isn't good at all, I'd go with a better wall like Blissey or Cressilia.

    Jordan, don't use the plates unless you use them to teach different moves to Aresues, The plates don't raise the power up that much, more then the Charcoal and Mystic water items but there are a heck of alot better items to use then the Plates.

    They raise the power of that move by 20%, which is twice as much as the Charcoal and Blackglasses items. I guess to each his own on using the plates.

    No, the Charcoal and Plates both raise by 20%. Life Orb PoryZ is good.
     
    Charcoal only 10%. Plates 20%.
