Dusk needs Pain Split and Shadowpunch... That HP is too low w/o Pain Split. Will-o-wisp turns it more into a wall.

Timid for Specsgon and Nasty Plotgon and Modest for Choice Scarfgon, and since this one is a Nasty Plotter, Timid > Modest.
Since when has anything had any real use of Wise Glasses? And since when has anything with support moves used a Choice item? (excluding CBSkarm in Advance)
You're not much better yourself so I'd watch my mouth if I were you. He might have been in a hurry and mixed things up, which last time I checked, didn't make people stupid.
Shadow Sneak is better for Dusknoir so it can work as a revenge killer for foes that are very low on HP and to take care of Flailers and Reversalers. Besides, having a first priority move is better than getting 20 (or 30 due to STAB) extra power.
