[Scripting Question] Techno Shield Item

    I had an idea for an Item called the Techno Shield. Its description and how it works in battle is as follows:

    Techno Shield - "A shield that absorbs electricity."
    Reduces the power of Electric-type moves used against the holder by 50%.

    Can someone please help me figure out how to program this in?
     
    So it's a bit like a Wacan Berry that doesn't get consumed, and works even if the move isn't super-effective? I guess you could try starting with that code. Maybe look at Cell Battery too, to see how to make it not check about super-effective.
