OOC: Dactylus has been waiting for the Titans for quite a while...
Cyborg opened his mouth to give Kiba details on Beast Boy, who they were likely to run in to, but a shrill beeping interrupted him. Glancing at his wrist, he noticed a red light flashing. Kiba covered his ears and winced in pain. The robot Titan took no notice as he got the details for the latest event in the city. This time, it was some paranormal kid moving rocks around. Sighing, Cyborg grabbed Kiba and looked him square in the eye. Realizing the beep was gone, the dog boy realxed his hands and listened.
"Want to go on an emergeny Titan's mission?" Kiba pretended to think it over, scratching his head with his free hand.
"No." Cyborg laughed and loosened his grip, then grabbed harder than ever.
"Too bad."
Several minutes later, through Kiba's eyes...
"Move it! Teen Titan here! Where's the kid?" Cyborg dragged Kiba through the crowds of people, looking for the cause of the commotion. Kiba stared at all of the strangely dressed people, trying to fight for his hand back. Cyborg seemed to have a firm grip and wouldn't let go, so he gave up. Akamaru had tried biting him on the way over, but the fangs could not penetrate the metal of his arm. Finally, he was led to a small boy with blonde hair, who was surrounded by people with what looked like ice cream in cones, shoving it in the boy's face. Cyborg let go of Kiba's wrist and tossed him down, then rushed to the little boy's side.
"Alright, so this is the one? Hey kid, wanna tell me the problem?" Kiba blocked out Cyborg's voice momentarily and stood around him. Lots of people. None wore any type of clothing with their village's symbol on it. At last, he came to a solution.
<Akamaru, this is the village of missing-nin!> Akamaru looked up at him and gave a short bark which he understood to mean "They don't act like it."
<Who knows? Maybe they're retired-nin or something.> Kiba stopped thinking of where he was and focused on Cyborg. So far, he was the only Teen Titan there. If there were others, they were probably out slacking off. That quality was a disgrace to any person in a team.
