    Hello I'm new here so sorry if this is in the wrong place or redundant but I'm working on a Fire red rom hack using the Leon's ultimate rom base. I'm making it Eevee based and since Eevee can't fly I wanna make teleport work like fly outside of battle as far as the ability to decide which poké-center you go to so that my espeon can be used to get around. I still want it to have the normal teleport animation where the character spins around and shoots into the sky, I don't want my espeon to trigger the bird animation that fly has. (I don't honestly care about the badge requirements one way or the other)

    Can anybody help me or point me to another post somewhere that has the answer? also if it wasn't obvious this is my first hack attempt and I have no idea what I'm doing.
