tell me what you guys think. I would also appreciate some strategies for this team as well.

Well all those pokemon have great stats you dont have any dual types which means you dont have a ton of resistances. Also you don't have any ice types or moves which means somebody with a decently EV trained Dragonite would flatten you. Also you have no dark moves so any psychic types would be difficult. Also I think this is the last point but you don't have any dragon types! Uh hello they have the highest average stats for a reason!

Your team has very little type coverage. There's very little variety in your attack types.

    Machamp Muscle Band/Life Orb
    Adamant

    - Payback
    - Cross Chop
    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide

You don't need all those fighting moves. One STAB-boosted move is good enough. Two if you have dual types. Payback and Rock Slide hit Psychic and Flying types respectively, both of which Machamp is weak too. And Earthquake can hit other types for a decent amount of power as well.

    Charizard Life Orb/Wise Glasses
    Modest
    - Sunny day
    - Flamethrower
    - Solar Beam
    - Dragon Pulse/Roost

Solar Beam can hit charizard's weaknesses and doesn't need a turn to charge with Sunny Day active. Flamethrower is both Sunny Day and STAB-Boosted. Dragon Pulse for some variety or Roost to heal any damage.

    Torterra Muscle Band/Leftovers
    Adamant
    - Crunch
    - Wood Hammer
    - Earthquake
    - Synthesis

You don't need 3 Grass moves on the same pokemon. Crunch can help you hit Psychics and Ghosts, and Synthesis can heal any damage you take.

    Metagross Muscle Band/Leftovers/Life Orb
    Jolly/Adamant
    - Zen Headbutt
    - Meteor Mash
    - Earthquake
    - Giga Impact

Why Hyper Beam with such a low Sp.Atk. Your Atk stat is way higher, so take advantage of that. Zen Headbutt and Meteor Mash for STAB. Earthquake is for additional options. Giga Impact is decent enough, but beware of too much recoil.

    Electivire Expert Belt
    Mild
    -Thunderbolt
    -Hidden Power Grass/Ice
    -Cross Chop
    -Flamethrower

This set hits almost every type for Super-Effective damage. It takes adavantage of Electrivire's mixed attack stats and wide movepool.

    Vaporeon Wise Glasses/Life Orb/Leftovers
    Modest
    -Surf
    -Hidden Power Electric
    -Toxic
    -Ice Beam

Vaporeon is more often used as a bulky defensive Pokemon in competitive battling, but if you want to use it as an attacker, this set would probably be the best to use. HP Electric and Ice Beam cover a lot of types, Surf is STAB, and Toxic can help to weaken enemy teams.

That's all for my changes. Like I said, try to have more variety in attack types so you can cover your weaknesses. You don't want to stick 2-4 moves of the same type on one pokemon. You'll be stuck if you run into a pokemon that resists those types.

I also changed the natures and items to the best possible for those sets.

Your pokemon are too type focused. You're very specialist in your fighting as opposed to generalist, the difference being a specialist focuses on training a pokemon to fight only what it has a type advantage against, and do it very well. Generalists balance their pokemon to take on as many odd-combinations or type-trumping opponnents as possible.

(These are in no specific order)

I fear for your charizard. Might I suggest this instead:

    ----
    Charizard
    Charcoal/ Wise Glasses/ Sharp Beak

    Roost
    Flamethrower/Heat Wave
    Dragon Pulse
    Air Slash
    ----
Charizard's speed makes it a good candidate for Air Slash's flinch opportunity (30%) and your outrageously high Sp. Atk. would make a Heat Wave in 1-1 battles devestating. Dragon Pulse is a safe move as not too many types are resistant to it.

*Note, as a breeder, I would have made a charmander learn antientpower over Dragon Pulse.

Your Machamp has the same problem, but because it is a fighting type it may not be as big an issue. Try giving it a little more variety. Also, I strongly advise you NOT to use dynamic punch if Machamp does not have the NO GUARD ability.

    ----
    Machamp
    Black belt

    - Dynamic Punch/ Close Combat (depending on machamp's ability)
    - Ice Punch (egg move/HG/SS move tutor)

    - Secret Power
    - Earthquake
    ----
Machamp is an "expend and die" pokemon. It comes out, fights hard, and dies. Focus on dealing as many hard hits as possible before Machamp gets knocked out. Secret Power's 30% chance of a status ailment may keep it alive longer, as will dynamic punch's confusion.

    ----
    Vaporeon
    Leftovers

    Aqua Ring
    Protect
    Ice Beam
    Brine/ Toxic
    ----
Having trained a vaporeon, I know this moveset to be a beast. Vaporeon is an HP monster, and a pain in the rear to KO. Blissey beware, Vaporeon's defensive stat is far higher, and it can actually fight back. Use Vaporeon to outlast your opponent before delivering a final attack.
*Note; this strategy for Vaporeon is most effective in double battles where it has a partner to fight during its protect and recover turns.

Jab2033 has pretty good ideas on the rest though, very knowledgable. Let me know which you choose, if either.

I don't know everything about competitive battling I do know somethings though.

    Machamp
    Lum Berry
    Adamant. No Guard.
    -Dynamic Punch
    -Ice Punch
    -Stone Edge.
    -Payback.
    Ev's; 252 Atk. 252 Hp. (What I put anyway 0.0) and 4 Def.

    Vaporeon

    Timid.
    Ice Beam
