Timid
Pressure

- Fly
- Protect
- Substitute
- Roost

Preety obvious. Every time you dish a move, because of Pressure, the foe lacks 2 PP's. So, this is designed to end with PP. Fly because he is faster than a lot of things, and they fail while he is in the air = 2 pp lost. Protect and Sub stall pp's, and Roost is for recovery. Protect and Fly allows Leftovers recovery.
