FIXED Text Not Wrapping

Summary:
Text goes off the page, dunno if it's because it's such a large category tag.

Bug Type: Layout

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to the main index when you have a thinner browser size, but not small enough to go mobile. Mobile still is fine and wraps to a new line. Though if it's not supposed to go into a new line, that's also a bug.

Reproducibility:
Reproduced on both Chrome and Firefox

Expected Results:
I would expect that the text cleanly wraps into a new line despite tag length, or the ... gets shorter to accommodate.

Actual Results:
Text goes off the page, the slug for post by gets repositioned.

Device Configuration:
Microsoft Windows, Firefox and Chrome, at around 899 x 1162. (Having the screen half and half with a code editor)

a fix is in progress, the two-column layout should only be appearing if your browser window is big enough to make it work
