I'm not versed on hacking advancements. Would there be significant technical challenges to a dialogue de-localization of Gold and Silver? It's a matter of debate, how extensive is still engaging to English speakers (some Pokemon have rather long or complex romanized Japanese names). Especially given there's everything from NPCs, items, moves, towns, even badges to consider.
