    Honestly, I think you'd be better of getting up some hail.

    it's really helpful, so :P Obamasnow might be worth a thought.

    aha! but.
    1) Nothing has blizzard 2)hail only helps two of my pokemon, 3)everyone will expect a OBAMA-snow 4) the hail will hit my manta/hintmontop.
     
    Everyone expected YacheChomp, and that was so powerful it got moved up to Ubers.

    And Hail helps on its own, four Pokemon being immune to it while your opponent has 2 tops is good enough.

    Onto the individual rates...

    - Lapras is a rather bad DDer to be honest, its speed and attack are kinda low, plus SR weakness and no recovery.

    - Hitmontop isn't going to sweep much. Stone Edge/Rapid Spin/Toxic/Close Combat NOW. Also Impish + Leftovers.

    - There are many better Fire/Fighting resists out there y'know...plus Mantine sucks in OU a bit anyway.

    - Mamoswine? Heatran wannabe? They're two different brands of detergent!

    No Walrein or Tentacruel makes me sad to be honest, plus the overeliance on Rapid Spin...this could use one heck of a remake.

    1. Give them blizzard since in hail it will have more power for the same accuracy.

    2. It also hurts enemies. Life Orbers especially hate it.

    3. As already stated, everyone expected Yachechomp. There are tons of things people expect, that doesn't mean they are ineffective.

    4. Who cares? Mantine has Lefties, he'll be fine. If you take a look at most weather teams, they don't all consist of Pkmn that benefit from the weather. There are tons of people who use T-Tar even though the SS hurts their other Pkmn.

    Please, use Obamasnow. He will help your ice team immensly.

    I get the laparas point. however mamorswine is a soild poke, im just taking off speed EV's and making him bluky like heatran ;] works too.
    Gyra > Mantine then xD
    and last point NO just NO at himontop xD tec + mach punch/BP/Fake out + stab +life orbB = sweep ;]
     
    When I mentioned Fire/Fighting resist, I meant Tentacreul y'know...though sure, Gyara COULD work...

    Very odd Obamasnow set. Most run Blizzard, y'know, STAB 100% acc 120 power move with great offensive type...

    You absolutely must try Stallrein. IT IS INSANE, I SWEAR. Protect/Sub/Toxic/Surf owns absolutely everything

    Plus, if you are to keep using Priotop, you are Tyranitar weak.

    Sub-seed Obama is not ODD ? O_o in fact its one of the few good sets.

    I have tryed it...articuno is better I assure you xD

    I'll run some clacs on Priotop VS tyranitar...

    No Tyranitars put EVs in Defence. Well, not anything near max.

    It was odd becuase of Seed Bomb and Ice Shard. SubSeed is normal.

    Tentacruel counters all variations of Mixape, provides a secondary Rapid Spinner, absorbs Toxic Spikes which screw Top over and is just plain awesome really

    Plus run some calcs of what damage your Priotop takes against the standard CBTar. Make sure to take SR and Hail into account.

    Also not seeing the point of the bulk on Mamoswine.
