4th Gen The Battle Tower

    The battle tower wasn't introduced until Crystal Version was released do you think that they're gonna have it in HG/SS? If so should they make like the original and let it go from lv.5 to lv.100 or lvl.50 and 100 like the other gba/ds games?
     
    If they add in the Battle Tower to the remakes, I think they should have it like in DPPt where it is Lv. 50 and Lv. 100. There is a possible chance that it might not be put in because of a new Battle Frontier, but that should be told eventualy as time goes on and new news comes in.
     
    It is a possibility but then again Platinum recently came out in the USA with a battle frontier.
     
    I don't think they'll add a Battle Tower to these games because, like Morning Bliss said, we just had a Battle Frontier in the last game. If you're that eager to test your Pokemon, trade them to Platinum. A Battle Tower, imo, would be a waste of space.
     
    Ya i kinda wonder if it'll have the same features as crystal! I hope not... Like if they want to release something like 'Crappy Crystal verion' xD or will they just have all the features in both games? As for battle frontier they had it in emerald and platinum the 3rd game in the series.. They might just want to make money and do the same again... -_-
     
    Question. Why not. Its an addition that the second gen brought along not the 3rd gen so its only right that it has this in. And your point for Platinum? It will be 1 year after platinum. People would want to try a new tower out. So I dunno think what you guys want I say it will be in.
     
    I'm not a fan of that stuff, but there's a possible chance for one. Everything's up for grab as of right now since we don't have that much information.

    What does that have to do with a battle tower being introduced into the base second generation remakes?

    Anyway, I don't see why they wouldn't add it into Heart Gold and Soul Silver. They try their best, which can be questioned from time to time, to incorporate the best that they can do for remakes of games when they advance it into future generation of gaming, you know?

    Seeing as how there's more to do in Gold and Silver than the majority of the other games out there that were released, due to the fact that there are so many places to go and the challenges are more and more difficult after one's completed depending on how you train, it seems rather logical that they're going to do what they did with Crystal when they incorporated the battle tower into that game.

    Anyway, do I think there's going to be a tower? Yes, I do think that they're going to put a tower in the game.
     
    I'm pretty sure they'd have to make some sort of "Battle Frontier" to keep up with Platinum and D/P. But, I could be wrong. In Fr/Lg they only had a simple Battle Tower located in the Sevii Islands and this could be the same.

    Depending on how you look at that, the game isn't really based anywhere. It's based on someone from the Johto region who explores out of the region into the Kanto region. So it doesn't necessarily have a setting, despite the initial battle tower being located in the Johto region. But, when looking at the big picture, it's really what the player makes it out to be.
     
    I hope that they'll add more battle facilities tot he original battle tower(which I'm sure they'll use in the games) and make it like a mini BR.
     
    Well since there is not going to be a Crystal remake why not add on some Crystal things to the game? They might just put the battle frontier in it but once we get some more news, we'll see what goes from there.
     
    It is either the Battle tower + Battle Frontier or Kanto...If they add the Battle Tower at least with some nice new features, then I wouldn't mind.

    True. Or maybe they could just leave them both out and put in something new? Actually I would just leave new things for the next generation to come.

    The battle tower should be the only thing that should come back in my opinion because after all, this is 'only' a remake.
     
    Battle Tower isn't really needed imo, nor is a frontier with overbloated rule sets.

    Though the brains were fun to fight, why can't we just have those trainers instead of having to go through ridiculous win streaks?
     
    I don't mind them keeping out the Frontier, but it wouldn't be a bad idea either. Actually coming to think about it, They had Ruby/Sapphire, then they came with FRLG (which had no fronter brains) not too long after came Emerald which did have the Battle Frontier. Now if we look at DPPt and these new remakes we can say that they came with DP first, but this time had Platinum before the GS remakes and added in the new Frontier to Platinum. Now they are releasing the GS remakes, and may not add in the Frontier. Pokémon is well known for repeating some of their past events, so this can be possible...except with a slight change in order. Hope that was easy to understand x__x

    So, it just may be a possibility that HHSS might not come with the New frontier, maybe the Battle Tower...Along with the addition of Kanto, and teh Sevii Islands more likely.
     
    The crystal Tower was fun for me. I remember the level 10 pokemon tournament. I'd like to see what they could do with that. It would be better if they just did, say, a level 1/5/10 rank, a level 50 rank, and an open level. There's possibilities...
