I got it off iTunes, but it's part of the album Hisaishi Meets Miyazaki Films by Joe Hisaishi. I got a $50 iTunes card, so I downloaded a bit of Paul McCartney, Roy Orbison, Tom Petty and Bob Dylan and then Miyazaki popped into my head. I was looking to see if they had any movies of his (because they have Disney movies on iTunes and Disney distributes Miyazaki's films here) but no, they didn't have any Miyazaki movies. ;(

For OSTs, anything by Michiru Oushima and Toshihiko Sahashi are pretty awesome, though I tend to prefer Sahashi's work, mostly because he did the music for my favorite series.

For an actual vocal song, LIFE by Kimaguren has been my favorite song since I heard it, but it's not too well known over here since it hasn't been used in any anime, movie, or TV show.
