Hey everybody!
A brief history of me, I'm boring. That's it. Sorry for making you read all of that long history of me.
Actually here it goes, well my pokemon history for this part. When I was in school I loved any anime that came to cartoon network because it was new and fresh and exciting. After getting into dragon ball z hardcore for awhile, a friend mentioned something about a new thing called pokemon. I fell in love! We watched all the cartoons, bought all the games, and had tons of cards. I played the original red and blue and then the original gold and silver. Then something bad happened, I graduated high school. Needless to say I missed out on ruby and sapphire for narcotics and alcohol (bad choices! )Then a few years later I met my future wife and she was into dbz! Sweet! I knew she wouldnt care about all pf my weird obsessions. Well one day I was flipping through the channels and seen cranidos on tv. That was a pokemon based on one of my favorite dinosaurs! No Flippin way! I have been hooked back into pokemon ever since!
One day while searching for stuff on yugioh in another forum site, I seen stuff for pokemon. I had diamond and pearl at the time and looked into it. Then I discovered that pokemon was all over the web. After black and white came out, I was obsessed with shinies when my friend had given me two. I looked into the online aspects of pokemon and was floored. I found out about ev's, iv's, stats, natures, all that jazz! After collecting shinies and learning to not be a pokemon newb from the other site, I found this place!!
I was here for a little while and did a lot of trading (I mean a lot!) And then went into battling. I did not care for the reception I was given from the main battlers here at the time so I left for a while and went to facebook. I had no idea pokemon was so big on Facebook either. When x and y were getting close, I decided to come back here. I am very glad I did as I have met a lot of people that I can actually get a long with:) I even found my own comfy little spot in the trade corner.
If you really want to know about me, here is a little bit. I am 31 years old and married for 7 years now. I have a kid that will soon be 4 and loves sonic the hedgehog. I have two cats and 3 dogs. I used to raise snakes ( love them!). I work at rowe furniture in the c.a.d. department drawing furniture. I have a blue house and a silver car. I obsess over new things for awhile then move on the next newest thing. I like all kinds of music but outlaw country and rock are my favorites. Marilyn Manson is god.
