    The main problem I'm seeing here is the face and the hands. The faces are to small and narrow and the hands entirely two small. You should try working on those but other than those I have to say everything else is pretty decent :].
     
    Oh woah, these are great :D
    & I love the shading, awesome job on that.

    Did you use a tutorial at all to draw these? I have problems when it comes to drawing people D:
