Prologe
"Tommorow's the day you guys!" Dakota exclaimed as he paced around my living room. Shari , Jarrett and I where sitting on my couch watching Dakota walk around in circles. Jarrett stood up from were he was sitting. My eyes where drawn to his black hair with a blue fouxhawk. He was wearing blue jeans and a black shirt. He was short but had a bulky build.
"Dakota, calm down. I know you're excited but you're really annouying," he explained. Shari stood up after Jarrett. Her messy, long, curly light brown hair hung down her back. She was wearing a turtle neck tanktop that was red and had a flame logo on it. She was also wearing black cargo pants.
"Yeah Dakota, our families are giving us our Pokemon tommorow morning so we just need to wait," she told him.
"Yeah I guess you guys are right," Dakota admitted. Dakota was my best friend. He wore a long sleeve black shirt and light brown, baggy cargo shorts. His hair was brown and tidy with the bangs swept to the left side.
"You are so excited," I said to him as I toke off my black hat. I was never seen without my black hat with a purple Pokeball symbol on the front. I also wore a dark purple jacket with a black undershirt. My jeans were black denim and stuck out the sides of my hat.
"I sure am," Dakota started. "We finally get to begin our journeis as Pokemon Trainers."
"We have been waiting for this our whle lives," Jarrett explained.
"Yeah, and we've worked with Prof Oak at his lab since we where little," Shari said.
"I'm going to miss Pallet Town you know. We've lived here all our lives and now we're leaving to go on a journey," I said to my three friends.
"I guess," Jarrett replied. All four of us sat down on the couch and Iurned on the T.V. It was live coverage of the Pokemon League Championships at the Indigo Plateau.
It's the final Pokemon from each team. Rydon vs Machamp. Who will win?!?!
The four of us watched in amazement as the two Pokemon did battle.
At 9:00, my three friends returned to their houses in order to get ready for the huge adventure ahead of us. I ran up stairs to my bedroom and began packing my things.
Things like a map of the Kanto region, Sleeping Bag and a fishing rod. I also grabbed an old necklace that was given to me by my older brother Eric who's the Elite 4 Champion of Hoenn.
I placed my bag on the outside of my door so it was ready for me to just pick up and go. I had already said goodbye to my mom because she went to visit my dad in Blackthorn City.
With everything finished, I crept into my bed and fell asleep, my head full of dreams of my upcoming journey.
