The City

You live in a very large metropolis simply known as "The City." In the precise center of the town there is a building that has "No Trespassing" and "Violators will be Punished" signs posted all over the premises. Everyone once in a while some fool hardy person or persons would venture in, and never come out. The "government" of the city has done their best to quell things such as this.

One day, somehow you were drawn to this building. Whatever the reason matters not, for you are forever intertwined in the plot.

"Hallo, and velcome!" The balding scientist raised a blood-spattered glove into the air, and the lights behind him flicked on. Behind him is a series of glass tubes, each with a human inside. However, they look deathly. Their skin is grayed, their eyes blood -shot, and heavy. The possess a sense of lifelessness about them. You aren't really afraid, but really just confused. Before you can ask any questions, the man begins to speak again.

"I have something planned for all of you. Now, who would like to go first?" Wth a chuckle he walked up to the group and grabbed a young female by the wrist, "Vunderbar!" he exclaims as he drags her to an empty test tube. He seems to be unfazed by how much she is struggling or her pleas to stop. With some difficulty he forces her in and starts the machine. It lets out a whir and lights up a plethora of different colors. When it comes to an end, she is just like the others.

With a click of a his tongue he mumbles, "Such a pity, such a pity..." even at his failure, he is still in good spirits and smiling. He turns back to the crowd, "Voo is next?" With a laugh he runs in the small group that you are in.

You turn and run, unaware of where you are going, you end up going the wrong direction. As you run can here is maniacal laughing. He shouts, "NO ONE CAN ESCAPE!" You can hear the opening of tanks and the moans and groans of the zombies. The room you end up contains a multitude of shotguns, handguns, and various other automatic weapons. You only have time to grab one before they break into the room

You come in at the moment where the plot ends off. You are a group of varied individuals, and must work together to survive, or perish alone.

The Laws of the Land

• No godmodding, powerplayng etc. It might not really fit in here as much. But be reasonable, you won't be coming back if your charge headfirst into the zombie horde armed with only a knife.
• You can bunny to a certain extent. No taking full-blown control of another person's character without their permission, AND mine. The extent of bunnying is very minimal.
• Be active please. I know that we all have lives, but don't join and never posts. 1-2 posts a week will be sufficent. This also goes to say, don't be OVERACTIVE. I'm not going to set any specific boundaries, but you shuold know when enough is enough, yes?
• I know writer block happens to everyone, but for the sake of my sanity, please make at least two paragraphs. I will consdier a paragraph eight-ish lines of text, please and thankyou.
• Feel free to suggest things in the ooc. I will consider them, honest.
• Have fun, etc. I will add more rules as I see fit.

We don't want to look bad if we let any loonies go out and cause trouble abroad. Please describe how you behave here. Be honest, because we will find out if you are lying. If you are deemed to unstable, you will be denied, sorry.
