Wallace is sooo cheap! I have a Grovyle with giga drain and leaf blade but they
don't do much damage. I also have a Aggron with thunder and thunderbolt, but
his pokemon kill him in one hit! Can I have any tips plzzzzzzzzzz?

I think your grovyle won't have a good attack or sp. attack. And aggron is ground type too,so obviously it would get a one hit KO with heavy water type attacks. I think instead of teaching your aggron thunder you use any electric type pkmn, It would be more helpful.

Well I can't say I'm suprised, if you still have a Grovyle when you're at the Elite Four. You really should have a Sceptile by now. And Aggron's Special Attack stat is very low, which is why Thunderbolt doesn't do much damage. Grass-type isn't super effectiv on three of his Pokemon, namely Tentacruel, Ludicolo and Gyarados, hitting them for neutral damage due to their second types. I suggest a strong and fast electric-type, possibly Raichu. This will take care of Wailord, Gyarados, Milotic and Tentacruel. Or you can use Earthquake on Tentacruel if you prefer. If you evolve your Grovyle, Sceptile's Leaf Blade is 4x effective on Whiscash due to it's typing. A strong flying type such as Swellow will easily destroy Ludicolo. Or you can get a Salamence and teach it Aerial Ace; this get's round Ludicolo's Double Team as it never misses, and Salamence's typing means he resists both Grass and Water attacks.

Aggron sucks with special attacks and sucks at taking them, get a better alternative. Also, since grovoyle is level 35 max (Unless you're stupid enough to not evolve it) you are lacking the level required. Use physical attacks with aggron and level up grovoyle a lot also get regice should you have the pokemon required (Relicanth and wailord) since it walls most of its team.

You simply need stronger Pokemon, Wallace has Ice Types and Ice beats Grass.

Aggron is also part Rock Type, so that's not helping you out either.

Wallace also has Ice Beam at hand, which will wallop Grovyle(which...shouldn't be a Grovyle. It should be Sceptile by now.) And trust me, I made the mistake of going with two Sceptile. My didn't cover ice types very well, but my Wailord stuck it out.

Aggron is a rock/steel type, with horribly low special attack. Go for an electric type, such as Manectric, Raichu, or Electrode. All of those are pretty speedy.

And Like DeanoDance said, Salamence + Aerial Ace = win. It just sounds like you need to train more, to tell you the cold truth. I tell this to my siblings all the time. It's not as hard as it sounds. IN fact, if you just run around in the grass and not really pay to much attention, you'll level up in no time...unless, you're interested in EV's. Then you might wanna pay attention.
