When did you end up liking DragonForce?

Like probably millions of others, it started when I played "Through the fires and flames" in GHIII. I bought Ultra Beatdown, and I just started liking the songs a lot.

(And like millions, tries and fails at their awesome song on expert)

I've been listening to their latest album, and it is great.

Had known about them pretty much since they formed.. TTFAF is way too much a cliche now-a-days with GH and Audiosurf users really hammering it.

The band has some pretty awesome songs along with real talent behind it.

Dragonforce is one of my favorite bands ever. =P

I totally started liking them before GH3, which I'm proud to say. I heard TTFAF on Youtube one day and bought the album and have been a fan ever since.

What is the highest difficulty you can do (not pass) Through the Fire and Flames?

i would like to join, because i think dragonforce are good, althought they're not great live :(

i knew about them before GH3, because my mate played them to me through his I-Pod
not my favourite band, but my fave bands change about every week

A lot of people say they like bands because they heard one song, or found them through GH3. Some of them need to get a grip, because it was the same with Slipknot. Everyone at school was singing Psychosocial, but they didn't know any older songs, like Wait and Bleed and Disasterpiece.

anyway that's the end of my rant :D

The highest difficulty I can actually do TtFaF is Hard. Although I am an average of 1% from capability of passing Expert. I was at that position 5 months before I could do Hard. So it may take me 6 months to do Expert. 4 if I'm lucky o_0.

Hehe yeah, I'm one of the millions. I like the Japanese Bonus Track to Ultra Beatdown "E.P.M (Extreme Power Metal)" and "Trails of Broken Hearts" mostly.

I can "pass" it on Hard, although I do end up in the red near the end of Herman's solo :( I recover easily though and stay in green for the other parts of the song.
