I have 3 of the shiny Raikou gamestop event. Intrested in the TRU shiny Arceus.

I hate to tell you this, SCV, but the Shiny Raikous cannot be traded or put into the GTS. I saw a flyer for the event and it says that they can't go anywhere. :/​
