Basically you say which your favorites are, Pokemon- move set- region for example:

Favorite
Pokémon: Slowbro
Move set: Ice beam, Fire blast, Zap cannon and Psychic.
Region: Johto

My extra choice favortes:
Anime season: 1:th
Pokémon manga: Pokémon Adventures
Pokémon game: Pokémon Crystal.


Reason:
Slowbro is my favorite Pokemon because i think he look cool, he chills out and takes things his pace, also because he can learn some pretty cool moves. I like the Johto region because of its story and because of its layout, i think it looks rather pretty.

Extra choice reason:
Because it has a great story, it it really shows ash's nature and the strengths of Pokémon.
Basically i like the concept and how they give a specific character to all the in-game characters.
Basically i love all the generation 2 games but Crystal in specific was the best because it basically gave me the best impression.

I think this is a little broad to be a thread tbh. Favorite Pokemon is a thread in Pokemon Voting Polls, region can be its own thread, and anime/manga/game can go in their actual sections. If you wanna remake this, just pick one question to focus on and put it in Pokemon Voting Polls. :)
