The Font just WON'T change!

    Hi!

    I have installed the font in Windows, put the font in the font folder in Essentials. I have deleted all of the other fonts so that it is forced to use this one. No matter what I try it just doesn't change to this font I want!. It just goes back to Arial everytime If I change it from one of the default ones. I also tried renaming my desired font to be named exactly like one of the default ones that are already installed, which I hoped would overwrite it and work. Didn't work either.

    I went into "Sprite Window" and changed the Font name at the top to my desired font. It just doesn't work.
    Am I missing something here and being a silly sausage?. Someboody please help! I have been driving myself nuts with this for ages now and I have searched on the interent but seem to can't find an answer!

    EDIT - I'm using RPG Maker XP
