    About this challenge
    [PokeCommunity.com] The Gift Challenge


    Welcome! If you're not sure what this challenge is all about, it is a challenge where you go through the game like usual. However there's a twist in this, your Pokemon may only be from an in-game trade or received as a gift from an NPC e.g. an Eevee from Bill. Now, let's get started shall we?

    Rules

    •The challenge is over once you defeat the champion, however in a few games you have to meet different requirements.

    GSC/HGSS- Defeat Red at Mt. Silver
    Emerald-Defeat Steven at Meteor Falls.
    BW/BW2- Defeat Alder.

    •You may trade for the purpose of evolution only.

    •HM Slaves that aren't from NPCs are perfectly fine, just make sure they do not engage in battle.

    •You may use emulators and the speed button if you wish.

    •You can evolve the Pokemon you receive.

    • It's never too late to join! So get started :3!

    Challenge Modes

    Upon joining, you may pick from two challenge modes, either single or ultimate. Single is where you'll go through this challenge but only on one game. However if you feel brave or challenging, you can choose Ultimate where you play a game from each region, such as Kanto you can pick from FR/LG or R/B/G/Y, it's your choice and unlike other challenges you can play them in any order you wish :3.
