I have a great idea, after the tagged person's whatever is complete I add it to a outcomes list ( in spoilers just if it gets to big ) So everyone can see improvement in the community as a whole.

The only thing I don't like about this game is it's possible that some users never get a chance to take part.

Otherwise it sounds like a wonderful idea.

Perhaps that could be resolved by anyone who wants to join can sign up. Their names are then posted on the front page and after they have made their banner (after being tagged) their name is crossed out and the only way for them to be chosen again is after everybody who signed up has made a banner.

I agree. People who actually want to participate in the game should sign up first.
People can select from the list of people signed up.
You wouldn't want to select someone who doesn't care about playing.

Also, maybe there should a deadline.. um.. like 3 days max to complete a banner?

I agree with the sign up thing as well. And then, once all the people willing to play are listed up, maybe have a time limit. 3 days sounds reasonable...

In Reply to all of the ideas: Thanks! I will definitely officially start sign ups RIGHT NOW! I will install a new section in the thread titled "The Tag Team" (pretty durn catch right?!?!)
And my idea of the work that comes out of the game will also be part of this same section.
