    Here's where you can discuss the continuation of Cheryl's hunt, etc, etc in "The Grass-Type is Always Greener!"

    Today's episode was much better than last week's.
    Even though the only really enjoyable part was the battle with Ash & Gardenia.
    But I dont like Gardenia's personality at all. Like the above poster said she's way too spazzy.

    yes exactly she sees a grass tpye then freaks out! Hated her sooooooo much
     
    My favorite part was the battle scene.
    Gardenia gets Too crazy about Grass-types!
    I can't believe she was going to trade her vileplume,bellossom,and victeribell(sp?) for Jame's Pokemon!
    I can't imagine James with them!
    I liked her Turtwig though. ^-^
     
    She's really spazzy. Too spazzy for me.

    The only real things I liked were seeing Combee's 3D animation at the end of the episode, and Ash vs Gardenia, and maybe Cacnea using Pin Missle of Gardenia. Staravia is just awful, Ash should have taken Paul's advice in DP 3 and dumped/Oaked it. I wasn't really paying too much attention, but I guess I'll go back and watch the epiosde again to see if there's anything good about Gardenia.

    It was just sort of bleh, though.
     
    I liked this episode. But wasn't it kind of Sudden for Gardenia to just show up outta no where? I think she showed up to early. But the Ash vs Gardenia battle was hot!! Her Turtwig pwned Ashs! In fact it was even faster then his! And that Leaf Storm attack.. poety in motion, and it looked really cute doing it too. I wonder if Ash's turtwig will learn that move? hmm.



    Yeah I agree that Gardenia was acting alittle... no was acting weird, she called Carnivine "hunk" XD. I doubt James would want Victreebel back even through he did like his, how would it treat him? It probarly wouldn't bite him lol. Cherbie was so cute! You know Ash and Gardenia will be meeting again in about another 2 episodes, I know Ash will act like: OMG! Your the Gym leader?! LOL
     
    I liked this episode! But Gardenia's voice was annoying, like whoever that other women is.

    - Good ol' Beedrill attack! Someone should count how many Beedrill attack there've been through Pokemon
    - PUSA's battle music is starting to get on my nerves. I haven't watched the Japanese version but all they kept in that battle was the Regi music
    - Seriously, I don'th think they kept in much music at all this time. My guess is about 4 :(
    - Ash going crazy about Staravia not being able to attack Turtwig was SO funny!
    - Gardenia's HILARIOUS! I actually started laughing when she was fussing over Carnivine and Cacnea. Lol at her calling Carnivine "hunk"
    - Combee looked weird at the end
    - Yay for Pomeg berries! I have 72 Pomeg berries on Diamond. I berry pick EVERY day

    Oh, I'm the only one who liked Gardenia...I thought her acting was a bit off at one point when she said "Something important's came up" it sounded so much like she was just reading it off the script like she had got bored or something.

    Random: When James said "Gangway!" I instantly thought of Bakura in Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged XD "Gangway! Women and she-males first!"

    it sucked quite hard, since there were(was?) no battle music at all in this one... At least they could've put in tatakai when they were fighting gardenia or team rocket. Just give us some kind of battle music ffs !
     
    They kept in the Regi battle music, but that's all. I actually like a few of PUSA's pieces but I find it annoying at the same time because the original music is so much better
     
    I really really really really LOVE Gardenia!!!! She was so cute!!!! I think she is my fave gym leader in the Diamond and Pearl anime!!! She was so cute!!!! So wild too!!! I mean she like so didn't care about Team Rocket being bad guys!!! She just loved them anyway because of James grass type pokemon. She just went crazy for them. That was so cute!!! That as coolie when she asked Canena to use Pin Missile and then taking a Bite attack like that. Teeheehee That was so cute!!!!! I was kinda disappointed when she had to leave at the end of the episode. I was so hoping that she could stay for the next episode. Oh well. I guess she will appear again in two other episodes.

    I was thinking that too. When I saw the kakuna I was expecting a beedrill attack. Teeheehee Poor Team Rocket. Teeheehee Kinda coolie how they did the motto all bandage up. Teeheehee

    Also I think that the show is using too much 3D in the show because that combee looked really strange.

    Okies. I am going have to disagree with you there Chris about Oaking/dump Staravia. I have to say that Staravia was only a victum of the writers messing with 'what should have happen' complex. I don't really play the game anymore but I think that if your place that match up together then Staravia would have win. Still that is if you did that battle by the game because if I remember right Arial Ace never misses and that is how the anime did it when Arial Ace was first introduce back during the battle for Ash's sixth badge. Still this is the anime and this has been said again and again and we all know the anime doesn't go by the game's rules. Kinda feel bad fro Staravia since it lost the battle when I think it could have won. The battle was okies but really that match up kinda made it sour with me.

    Overall I really like this episode and would say it is on my top list now. Teeheehee Five thumbs up!!! Teeheehee
     
    I love Gardenia! She is so bubbly over grass types!^^ I mean I wish she could join the main cast. I know it's but a pipe dream, but I still wish she would.

    This one was certainly a nice change of pace from some of the other latest episodes, but it really seemed out of place among the "Let's go find the honey to honor my family!" thing Cheryl has going...they only barely made it even believeable.

    Yes, Gardenia was a complete and total spaz, and any crazier and we would have kids using that as an excuse to imitate her...@_@. The foreshadowing hidden in was actually pretty nice (and I don't mean Ash losing another Gym Battle, either).

    Um......not much else that hasn't been said.
